  • Custom jewellery: 7–14 business days
  • Complex/custom designs: 14–21 business days

Processing begins after successful payment confirmation.

2. Shipping Time

Once your order is dispatched, estimated delivery timelines are:

  • Within India: 3–7 business days
  • Remote locations: 5–10 business days

Delivery timelines may vary depending on location and courier partner.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Free shipping may be offered on selected orders or promotional offers
  • Standard shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated at checkout

Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
