At Mozow X Jewellery (operated by Shree Nandini Venture), every piece is crafted with care and precision. Customer satisfaction is important to us. Please review our return, refund, and cancellation guidelines below.

1. Eligibility for Returns

We accept returns only if the following conditions are met:

  • Item is unused and unworn
  • Item is in original condition
  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice are included
  • Return request is raised within 48 hours of delivery

Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the customized nature of our jewellery, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Custom-made jewellery
  • Personalized or engraved products
  • Made-to-order designs
  • Special ring size customizations
  • Products purchased during sales or discounts
  • Items damaged due to misuse or wear

3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive:

  • A damaged product
  • A manufacturing defect
  • An incorrect item

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Clear photos or unboxing video
  • Description of the issue

After verification, we will provide one of the following:

  • Free replacement
  • Repair
  • Refund (only if replacement is not possible)

4. Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact us via WhatsApp or Email
  2. Share your order details and issue
  3. Wait for return approval
  4. Ship the product securely to our provided address

Note:

  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted
  • Customers are responsible for safe and secure return packaging

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product:

  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

6. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order
  • Orders that have entered production or are custom-made cannot be cancelled

7. Exchange Policy

We may offer exchanges in certain cases:

  • Ring size adjustments
  • Minor design corrections

Exchange eligibility depends on product condition and design type.

  • Reject returns that do not meet the above conditions
  • Refuse items that are used, worn, or damaged
  • Update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice
